Hello and greetings from London language Institute. We had a very busy
January with a number of activities and new student arrivals here at LLI.
As you may have seen in our January video newsletter the snow has arrived
and winter in upon us. It has been a very mild winter and very soon Spring
will be here with all the beautiful flowers and budding trees.

This past weekend we had a special ski trip to Blue Mountain and it was a
tremendous success. We had outstanding weather and all the students enjoyed
their skiing and snowboarding. The trip was so successful that we have
planned another trip for early March 2010. Please take a moment to view
some of the pictures from the trip that the students took.

 

 

Our registrations have been building up over the last month and our Spring
looks very busy here at LLI. We just completed our trial run of the smart
board technology and have seen great results with the students partaking in
this test class. As of March 2010 we will be using the Smart Board in all
our classes and hope everyone enjoys this unique and great learning
experience. For those students soon arriving and planning on going to
University or College please make sure to bring all your documents with you.
This includes all your original schooling transcripts.

This month we have a Niagara Falls trip planned along with an indoor Beach
volleyball day at Spikes here in London. LLI has also put together a
charity drive for the relieve effort in Haiti. Students have been donating
their change and LLI will be matching all the students contributions until
February 15th when we will present a cheque to the local charity here in
London. We would like to thank our teacher Valeeta for arranging and heading
this activity.

questions. The weather is changing and you will want to bring all your
Spring and Summer clothes!
